Dr Hafeez graduated in Pakistan and after successful completion of practice under peer review at The Queen Elizabeth and Lyell McEwin Hospitals, he was awarded FRACP-Cardiology in January 2013. Dr Hafeez holds indefinitely valid certification from the Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduate USA and has a dual fellowship (FCPS) in medicine (2001) and cardiology (2006) from the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan.
